A sophisticated blend combining the bold structure of Napa Zinfandel with Capachetti's signature refinement. Deep ruby color with aromas of ripe dark berries, plum, and subtle spice. Full-bodied with velvety tannins and layers of blackberry, dark cherry, and graphite. Beautifully balanced with refined structure and notes of licorice and cedar on the mid-palate, finishing with an elegant, lingering resonance.

Sauvignonasse
